thanks lance...i WILL live strong.
so today after jogging with my nikeplus lance armstrong congratulated me on completing my personal best time on a mile. i'm not sure what my personal best time was exactly... but lance whispering sweet encouragements through my earphones makes for a great day running in the humidity.
